These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision and use of services offered by SOUNDREACH LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("SOUNDREACH", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you ("Client", "Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
1. Scope of Services
SOUNDREACH provides telecommunications, VoIP, cloud communication, voice routing, messaging, digital connectivity, software, and related technical services, including but not limited to inbound and outbound voice services, SIP trunking, DID numbers, API integrations, traffic routing, and other communication solutions.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements and that all information provided to SOUNDREACH is accurate and complete.
3. Service Activation and Use
The Client agrees to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and telecommunications requirements.
4. Fees, Billing, and Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Services are provided on a prepaid basis. SOUNDREACH reserves the right to suspend or restrict Services if payment obligations are not fulfilled.
5. Service Availability
SOUNDREACH will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and performance but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Each party shall comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. SOUNDREACH may process operational and technical data necessary for providing the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, software, systems, platforms, documentation, trademarks, and technology remain the exclusive property of SOUNDREACH or its licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOUNDREACH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
9. Suspension and Termination
SOUNDREACH may suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of breach, fraud, unlawful activity, or non-payment.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
